As the founder and creative director of ICEY Design, Allison brings over 30 years of success. Working with leading brands at companies such as Lindt Chocolate, Welch’s, Mission Foods, and Jack Links. Her expertise extends from Fortune 500 companies to a broader range of clients. 

Her passion and understanding of clients’ creative needs extends well beyond concept through to on-shelf. 

With our clear and strategic process, we tailor our creative approach to every project, and continue delighting consumers in-store and online.

In her spare time, you can find Allison walking her four dogs on a quiet lake north of Boston and volunteering at the Franklin Animal Shelter.

Ali is a content writer and marketing strategist originally from New England. Ali graduated from Umass Boston with a BA in History.

Instead of law school, Ali quickly found her passion for marketing and uprooted her life to Austin, TX to pursue a career. She has been in marketing since 2012 and in 2019 used her background to pivot into content writing to satisfy her love of writing and creative work.

When she isn’t working, you can find Ali traveling the world and emerging herself in cultural experiences. She loves exploring the outdoors or helping others through activism and volunteering.

When she has downtime, she can spend time with her two boys (cats), Tejas and Chandler.

Alina is a highly skilled Graphic and Motion with 10+ years of experience creating digital, web, and print graphics. She excels in product design, branding, animation, social media design, infographic design, and presentations. Alina also has a knack for creating illustrations from scratch, by hand with her graphic tablet.

In addition to her technical skills, Alina has a keen eye for detail, a passion for typography, color, compositions, and a commitment to delivering phenomenal design work. She approaches each project with a fresh perspective and a creative vision in the company.

Alina graduated at the St. Petersburg University with a degree in Fine Arts & Philosophy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her son Kirill, and crafting.

Kerin is a marketer-turned-graphic designer having realized her creative genius was underutilized in a start-up, and made the best decision to dive into all things graphic design. After enjoying a 5 year stint for a variety of clients and brand designs such as hot sauces, ice cream cones and restaurants, she is able to add a fresh perspective to the ICEY team. Along with being a Designer, Kerin is also our Project Manager. Recently she found her passion for Project Management, that utilizes her love for people, process, and leadership.
 
Kerin holds a BS in Marketing and Studio Art from the College of Charleston, and though loved her time there, she is also happy to be back to her Boston roots near the ocean. When not designing, you’ll find Kerin painting, beach walking, sipping a spicy margarita or winning another Boggle game.

Rachie is all about building communities... which led her straight to the world of marketing. She's obsessed with connecting with people and brings that into the work she does.

As a former college athlete, aerialist and pet parent, she understands the power of a community and what it means to brands. Rachie is a bona fide East Coast gal having lived in New York, Virginia, Florida and is currently exploring Tennessee with her husband, Tyler and their dog and bunny, Tori and Binny (Binary)

Bryan is a marketing graphic designer based in Montclair, New Jersey, with a strong background in brand identity design, digital marketing, and SEO optimization.

Bryan is passionate about logo design, brand marketing, and packaging design. His professional experience as a freelance designer has allowed him to work within various industries, from non-profits, luxury decor and even food & beverage. This wide range of experience has given Bryan a unique perspective on what makes for a successful design.

As a human coloring book turned graphic designer, she holds a BS in Communications, Online Media, and Design, boasting 12 years of design industry expertise.

Thriving in a dynamic realm of creativity, Heather adores playing with bright colors and flat styles. With an impressive portfolio featuring giants like LeGrande, Arm & Hammer, and more, she's also collaborated with local gems like Syracuse University.

Having soaked in the design vibes of Shanghai and Tokyo, Heather's back in her New York hometown.

When she's not crafting stunning graphics, she's busy editing videos, indulging in 90s nostalgia, and enjoying quality time with her adorable daughter.

Francisco is an accomplished, Artist and Creative Director.  He has worked with such notable brands as MTV, Timberland, Staples, Nike, CVS, Keds, Clarks and Reebok. He has professional experience in the fields of graphic design, brand integration, store design, catalog and web design, photo direction, and commercial 3D illustration and animation.

He is the owner and creative director of Colom Creative, with an emphasis on experiential design for the commercial and retail industries.

Francisco was born and raised in Guatemala City, and spent his youth in North America and Europe and now resides in Massachusetts. He holds a BA in Creative Arts from Bradford College.
